Tim Feben is a composer, musician and film director based in Sheffield, UK.
With a career spanning the spectrum of music: as a musician, touring nationally for over a decade with bands in Jazz, Alt Rock and Indy Folk, as promoter running festivals and venues in his home city of Sheffield showcasing 100s of acts from the international scene, working with musicians from across in world both as a producer and sound engineer, and with projects exploring the electronic worlds of Dub, Hip-Hop and House music. He is available as a freelance composer.
For the most part, he works as a Film Director for Opus Films, based at the social enterprise Opus. His current main project is leading the Stories From The Pandemic project in collaboration with Sheffield City Council, Archives and Compassionate Sheffield - a lasting testimony from Sheffield.
He is working on a feature length documentary on Universal Basic Income (pre-production).
